Our Mission
TopProxyLab exists to help professionals (SEO specialists, data analysts, marketers, and developers) choose proxy services based on verified technical data, not marketing claims. Every piece of content on this site is guided by a single principle: publish what we can prove.
Who Creates Our Content
All reviews, rankings, and technical guides are written and verified by Max K., founder of TopProxyLab, a Technical SEO and data extraction specialist with hands-on proxy testing experience since 2016. You can verify his professional background on LinkedIn. We do not publish guest posts, sponsored articles, or AI-generated content without expert review and factual verification.
How Reviews Are Created
Every proxy service review follows a standardized, reproducible process described in full on our Methodology page. We purchase each service with our own funds, run it through automated and manual tests across five parameters (speed, anonymity, IP pool quality, pricing, and support), and calculate the final rating using the formula R = (Expert x 80%) + (User x 20%). No provider receives a review before completing this process.
Editorial Independence
TopProxyLab earns revenue through affiliate commissions. This funding model is fully described in our Affiliate Disclosure. Affiliate relationships have zero influence on scores, rankings, or editorial decisions. Providers cannot pay for higher placement, and we include services that have no affiliate program if they perform well in our tests. Negative findings (high Fraud Scores, blacklisted IPs, poor support) are always published regardless of any commercial relationship.
Accuracy and Corrections
We strive for factual accuracy in every publication. If we discover an error through our own re-testing, reader feedback, or provider updates, we correct it promptly. Corrections are noted within the article with the updated date. If a factual error significantly affected a provider’s rating, we re-run the relevant tests and update the score. If you spot an inaccuracy, contact us at editor@toproxylab.com. We investigate every report.
Content Updates
Proxy services change frequently: infrastructure upgrades, pricing adjustments, IP pool expansions. To keep our data reliable, we re-test the top 10 providers every 3-4 months, verify pricing and features monthly, and publish new reviews as notable providers launch or gain traction. The “Last updated” date on each review reflects the most recent verification or re-test. Outdated content that can no longer be verified is marked or removed.
User Reviews and Moderation
Community reviews contribute 20% of each provider’s final score. All user submissions go through manual moderation. We reject reviews from temporary email addresses or proxy/VPN IPs, copied content, baseless claims, and anything that looks like paid manipulation, whether positive or negative. The goal is to make sure user scores reflect genuine customer experience.
